Ideally located in the centre of Châtel yet in a peaceful setting, the "Alpina" residence is just 100 metres from the nearest shops (bakery, sports shops, mini-market, bank, etc.), bars and restaurants.
You can choose between the Super Châtel lifts in the centre (just a few minutes' walk away) or the Vonnes lifts, which will give you easy access to the Linga slopes.
Nearby Lac de Vonnes, you can enjoy family outings around the lake and its enchanting scenery. There are plenty of activities available in both summer and winter.
The "Alpina" flat is a duplex that can comfortably accommodate 4 people, thanks to its double bedroom, its mezzanine with 2 single beds and its total surface area of 40m².
The living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4/6 people and a lounge facing the bay window, so you can admire the scenery without getting off the sofa!
It has a sunny corner balcony with lovely views over the valley, the mountains and part of the village.

Très belle vues sur le village et montagnes
L'appartement est très bien situé, très propre. Dommage qu'il soit si petit ! La pièce de vie est minuscule, et dans la chambre, il est difficile de passer autour du lit.
La terrasse est très petite aussi même pour 3 personnes. Les photos sur le sites donne une impression d'espaces, ce n'est pas le cas. Dommage.
Rapport qualité/prix excessif, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet appartement. Par contre la région est magnifique, ainsi que le village.

logement calme et confortable
Logement bien placé : belle vue.
Attention le chauffage dans la pièce principale est insuffisant l'hiver lorsque la température est négative dehors.
L'agence immobilière nous a heureusement mis à disposition 2 chauffages d'appoint supplémentaires.
