This condo is the perfect place to relax and get away OR get out and enjoy some adventures! Just a few minutes stroll to Lake Norman views...rent a boat, go for a hike by the lake, play a round of golf...the possibilities are endless!

Condo has two bedrooms (King, King), two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms, Wireless Internet. Our community pool is available for your use (May-September) and just steps from the condo. Dining table has seating for 4, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The large, covered patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunsets.

🐶 Pets are welcome! (Up to 30lbs as per HOA)

Tuscany Lane

Wonderful vacation rental! The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and provided a smooth check-in/check-out process. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Cornelius Condo

Enjoyed our visit to Cornelius NC, it is a beautiful city. Stayed in a nice condo and would give it a high recommendation. Only downside is that parking is a bit of a challenge but acceptable. Other challenge was TV viewing. Unless you come with your own streaming accounts TV channel selection is terrible. No network channels were available.
