Great property for a family get together. 2 floors of fun and private living for everyone from college kids to retirees. Very well stocked - bring your food, drinks and family - everything is there.

Lake days, family ways

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was exactly as described. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning — especially at sunrise and sunset.The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. This was the perfect spot for quality family time and Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable lake vacation!

Beautiful large home on the water

We loved our stay in Troutman! This home is way larger than it looks and has space for everyone. There are two large kitchens that are well stocked. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out by the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The only issue we had was the power being out for 7 hours which in turn meant we had no water due to the pump system.

Family Trip

The house was awesome and everything as described. We enjoyed all the amenities- especially the pool. Had more than enough room for 12 adults. The house was very clean and Katie was very attentive and great to deal with. Would highly recommend the property.

Wonderful Vacation Time

I cant say enough about this place. With all the family we had there there was still so much space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house was in perfect shape with modern appliances and fixtures. Our host was magnificent in all aspects. We did have a late check in, however, this was due to the condition the previous occupants had left the place. Katie did her absolute best to get us in as quickly as she could. All in all a wonderful vacation was had by all.

A Gem on Lake Norman

This is a wonderful property on Lake Norman. The house accommodated a large family very easily. There was plenty for us to do including a very nice pool, a neighboring state park, and of course a beautiful lake. We use the company Lake effects for our boat and jet ski rental. They were great. They dropped off and picked up a boat that was perfect for group. The house is well kept and has plenty of room for cooking, sleeping, and indoor activities. Great communication with the property manager. Would love to stay there again!

We loved our stay at Lake Norman

The house was excellent for our large group. There were 12 of us during the night with an additional 6 coming everyday from Huntersvillle. We were ages 5 months to 84 years. Everyone enjoyed the pool even on really hot days. We rented a pontoon boat and almost everyone skied, wakeboarded or tubed. There were lots of pool towels and floats for the children. Katie did an excellent job accommodating our groups needs. We needed an extra port-a-crib and she had it there in a jiff. The two laundry rooms were very appreciated. We will be back.

Lakeside Retreat

We loved our stay at this home. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The home is situated nicely on a small cove with little traffic and peaceful evenings. Quick access to the main body of water. The pool was wonderful. The dock was wonderful. Our only minor disappointment was the advertised "hot tub" was a jetted bath tub in the master. Overall a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone.

Thanksgiving gathering

This property was large enough to accommodate my family of 23 for our Thanksgiving gathering. My children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren really enjoyed the lake. They were able to fish and enjoy the outdoor. The house was amazing and we had a wonderful time. The only downside was the heat. We can’t get the house warm enough and lots of the kids got cold and running noses. But overall we had a wonderful thanksgiving together.

Clean Luxury home

The home was perfect for our family gathering with two fully equipped kitchens and several bath and bedrooms attached . We enjoyed the pool for the young children and loved the lake with the dock and chairs to relax.

Best vacation.

Great house. So much larger than the pictures portray. We had 10 adults and more kids than we could count( j/k), but everyone had a bed to sleep in. I was impressed with all the bath towels and beach towels provided. Although we had a power outage for 26 hours, Katie did everything possible to help with that.

Amazing house on the water

The pictures do not even do this house justice! Me and my extended family of 19 stayed here for a week to celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. I have to first compliment the property manager, Katie. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. She even surprised us with decorations and little gifts for my dads birthday! That personal touch was so warm and welcoming. The house was clean with more than enough space for all of us. There were plenty of bathrooms and 2 laundry rooms. The master suite was unbelievable with a huge room, huge bathroom and walk in closet and a sun room facing the lake. We loved having coffee in the morning in the sunroom off the kitchen with panoramic views of the lake. There were kayaks that we enjoyed taking out during the day. We spent a few nights on the dock around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. The pool was clean and the kids loved running from the pool to the dock to jump off and play on the water trampoline. Having the 2 kitchens also made storage of cold things and cooking dinners for 20 people much easier. The dock is large enough to rent your own boat , which we did along with 2 jet skis. Plenty of space. There is also a large grill by the pool and enough chairs for everyone. There are 2 living rooms with big tvs in case everyone doesn’t agree on the same show :) I cant say enough about this home. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

Fabulous family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house had all of the rooms we needed (and then some!) and the dock and pool were terrific. The property manager, Katie, was incredibly responsive the few times we needed to ask a question or needed something in the kitchen. We would rent from her again and hope to do so in the near future.

Fun Weekend

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect size to accommodate 5 families. Plenty to do for all ages. The kids over the pool and lake trampoline. Katie, the property manager, was very attentive and accommodating during our stay. We would book again!

Lake Norman get-away

Beautiful, well-appointed house for our 14-person family reunion. Made use of the lower level game room as the weather didn’t cooperate. We had a lot of fun with tons of space to relax. Great kitchen and huge dining table for us all to share meals together. Pool was wonderful.
