The main level offers the primary bedroom which includes a walk out patio providing the perfect place soak up the sun or just relax. The screened in porch off of the living room is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the peaceful lake view. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for the chef in your family to prepare delicious home cooked meals. Enjoy two living areas located on the main and lower level with large screen TVs to host two movies at once.
Downstairs features Foosball table, games, and books along with the downstairs kitchenette perfect for entertaining and hanging out after a relaxing day on the lake. Enjoy the view of Lake Norman from our back porch swing.
Two of the five bedrooms are upstairs with a shared hall bath. The additional two bedrooms are in the basement with a shared hall bath. Please note the downstairs chair folds out to a single bed.

Great Location on the Lake
Location on the Lake was perfect!
House had everything we needed. There was an issue but the management company addressed it quickly. That issue and the fire alarm went off throughout the house at 2:30 am were our only inconveniences.
Other than these 2 issues, the house fit multiple families. It is pretty flat, and easy to get to the dock. The kitchen is stocked with what was needed to cook dinners. Management company was great, and checking in was easy.
