Freshly painted home with all new floors (vinyl plank & carpet). Brand new appliances.
The home sleeps a total of 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large, private backyard, perfect for spending time with family and friends. Large dining room table to fit all of the guests. 3 TVs in the house, 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom upstairs (king bed room) and 1 in guest bedroom (queen bed). All TVs have subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu and ESPN.

Bedroom Configuration:
Master bedroom: 1 king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed

All mattresses are Casper memory foam. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms.

Just 11 minutes to Bank of America stadium in Uptown. 10 minutes to Ikea. 19 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. 15 minutes to Fahrenheit Charlotte.


HOUSE RULES:
Guest access: access to entire home with the exception of 1 storage room under stairs (owner's use)

NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Outdoor surveillance on site, camera in the backyard set to privacy while guests are staying at the home.

Great place

Great stay! Clean and amazing! We stayed here to attend a concert at PNC and it was a 10min drive 15 with traffic. Best thing was the communication with the owner. Any questions I had or issues (nothing effected our stay) she responded promptly and I loved that... If she reads this, my only suggestion, because I have little ones, is maybe a couple more games for the back?!!!! Like large jinga or checkers... thank you for being prompt and a good host.

Absolutely perfect! We loved staying here, I literally have no complaints!

There’s nothing I can complain about, this host provided pretty much EVERYTHING. If you want to bring seasoning for food I might suggest that but other then that there was plenty of dishes, towels, rags and etc! The host even checked on us during the stay. There’s cameras in the front and back yard for safety! The neighborhood was nothing but a 5-10 minute drive to everything. Again I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS! If you need a sign to stay here, this is it!!
