Nice place!

My wife and I have been traveling to different states over the last couple years and have had many opportunities to stay in various rentals. This one absolutely delivered on what it promised. Very clean, updated, and with a thoughtful owner. The space was nice. The backyard was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This adorable Vrbo has earned every bit of its 5-star reviews. The property was clean and well-maintained. We loved the neighborhood! Very walkable and a few options for dining within a few minutes walk. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing visit, Tammy!

Goat House was great!

This place is amazing! Perfect spot if you are visiting the National Whitewater Center. There are also close places to walk to for dinner for the residence.

Goat Island Has It All

Such a wonderful place that has so many extras! We will need to come back in the summer to take advantage of all the free outdoor activities that is included with the property. This one has it all!

THE PERFECT STAY!!!

I drove in at night and loved how well lit the home was and then I opened the door and WOW I FELT like I was in an expensive beautifully designed HOME!!! EVERYTHING was top of the line...I had everything I could want and more. The place was well thought out and planned for the PERFECT STAY!!! That is what I had...there was nothing that needed improvement and Tammy was so clear with her arrival and departure instructions; her location is 2 blocks from a cute little town and I had access to bikes to ride the trail. I will return and take the opportunity to kayak on the local river on an even warmer day!!! THANK YOU TAMMY!!! I WILL RETURN!!!

Just what we needed

The suite was beautiful and very modern. The ambiance felt more like an upscale resort. The amenities were perfect, and we can’t wait to return once the weather is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoors activities available.

Absolutely wonderful place, just as described. A MUST STAY!

Very well maintained property, great location & within walking distance of the local town. The VRBO Hostess Tammy was very responsive to my many questions. The place was very clean, had great information about the area, and there were many treats for guests to enjoy (including a bottle of wine). There were many things that the home had available for use (bikes, kayaks, corn hole, fire pit, etc) but we didn’t have much free time. Will definitely consider coming back to this VRBO to take advantage on our next trip to the Charlotte area. Thank you Tammy for being such a wonderful and gracious hostess!!!

Lots of special touches

Tammy is a wonderful host and will make you feel very welcome with all the special touches. The house is super clean, very comfortable with lots of extra amenities. The backyard cornhole was a favorite. Our family also enjoyed walking to dinner and Mayworth's Public House and exploring goat island (and the ping pong). We drove to the Whitewater Center daily, usually just a 20 min drive.

Beautiful home & host

The home is beautiful and exactly as described. The host, Tammy is very accommodating and provided many recommendations. We ate at Floyd & Blackies down the street and Webb Custom Kitchen for my husband’s birthday. There were snacks & water provided. My husband enjoyed his “staycation birthday”. Kayaking launching dock is about 2 blocks up the street. Room Tip for Nanny Suite - Teal bedroom has the firm mattress and yellow room has the less firm/softer mattress. Bathroom is beautifully designed. Everything went well. Thanks Tammy & GIG!

Perfect Location

Property is beautiful, convenient, very well appointed, and perfect for a get away. We loved all the home and area had to offer and took full advantage of the bikes, goat island, downtown, and the town of Belmont. Yard was perfect for letting the dogs get some exercise. Enjoyed the corn hole boards and relaxing on the deck. Kitchen was well stocked and Tammy thought of every welcoming detail. We hope to return again soon!

Property was even better than the pics, inside & out. Great location, within easy walking distance to local restaurants/coffee house & park/trails. The communication with Tammy was excellent from beginning to end. We definitely plan to come back!

Home away from Home

The accommodations were inviting and made my family and I comfortable from the moment we walked in. Outside of the amenities that the property has to offer, it also has access to a community pool and other options for any age range. Lastly the host was VERY helpful and prompt with suggestions and any questions we had. LOVED IT!!!

Highly recommend this property!

We stayed at the Nanny Suite for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience! The property is in a great location with easy access to Goat Island and several restaurants. The home is modern, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The communication was great and so thorough from booking to checkout. I’d highly recommend this property! We were in town to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. I worked with Tammy prior to our arrival to coordinate some surprises. Tammy went ABOVE and BEYOND to get decorations, treats,, and beverages all setup before our check-in. My husband was so surprised and loved all of the personal touches! It really helped us kick off the celebrations as soon as we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful stay and for helping me make this milestone birthday weekend even more special.
