Located in the heart of downtown Charlotte, within walking distance to Panthers (1.2 miles) and Knights (1.0 mile) stadiums, Spectrum Center (1.0 miles), Convention/Epi Center (0.7 miles) and Light Rail.. Secured building and parking garage. Rooftop garden offers gorgeous skyline.

The apartment is considered to be a studio but there are french doors that separate and provide some privacy from the bedroom to the living room.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment; I will not be staying there when the apartment is occupied.

Only 1 parking spot is available on the weekdays. On the weekends, there is 1 parking spot that comes with the apartment as well as visitor parking available.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a microwave.
