Quiet, wooded, family neighborhood, 3.5 miles from UNC hospital and downtown Chapel Hill, 2.4 miles to Carrboro, 1.5 miles to Southern Village. Great location. We went to a UNC game and the property was super convenient to the stadium. It took us 15 minutes to get back from the game. Great decor with one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had in a VRBO. Bonus, a deer came through while we were loading the trunk to leave.
