Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought itโ€™s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and itโ€™s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them.
