Apartment of 50 m2 located 5 minutes walk from the city center, and at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, south facing, private garden in front of the apartment, separate entrance, comprising 3 rooms: large kitchen-dining room , 1 bedroom with double bed, a large living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet (possibility of a cot and a high chair on request) and a firesuit transformable mattress for a child.
As a result of an order from the municipality of Chamonix, open fireplaces must no longer be used because of pollution. So the fireplace in the living room becomes a fireplace only decorative.
There is no parking attached to the apartment, but the possibility of parking nearby.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk.

February 2025 stay

Great stay. The property is located right next to the aquille du midi telepherique and is a short walk to the pedestrian zone/ montenvers gare.The owner was very responsive and although she speaks only French wasn't difficult to communicate thanks to Google translate The listing said there is parking available but we couldn't use it due to the snow situation. The owner let us park there only the first and last night so we can easily deal with luggage but we had to park elsewhere for the remainder of the stay. Luckily there's a big parking lot 2 minutes away from the property, so not a big deal, just some extra euros.

Perfect spot

This is just a perfect spot. Host is very kind and helpful. You are steps from the Gondola to the top and steps to an amazing bakery. Restaurants are all around, some great breweries as well. We went hiking all over and then came back to very hot showers and a comfortable place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing and enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay very much. We relaxed by the pool and spa. We ate dinners outside by the fire pit and loved some quality family time. Brandon was excellent with communication. The pool and spa were perfect temps. Everything was clean and the grocery store was nearby. We loved the zoo and the aerial tram ride. We also hiked Palm Canyon Trail which was great for our family. Beds were comfortable as well.

Great Holiday Rental in Chamonix

We loved this apartment. Great location, warm and much more spacious than many 1 bed places in Chamonix sud. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. I would definitely book it again for summer or winter.

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location

This apartment is cozy and spacious, with a nice little yard for eating or resting outside. It is a 30 second walk to the l’Aiguille du Midi cable car and a 5 minute walk to the Chamonix Sud bus stop. We did a lot of hikes from the Flegere lift, so it was very handy being this close to the bus stop. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Very comfortable mattress. Warm and welcoming host. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very good experience

This is a great find, perfect location in the heart of town yet quiet and with a garden. It's a lovely apartment, full of character. Well equipped kitchen and a nice hot shower. This is our second stay here and I'm sure we will be back again.

Comfortable quiet and good location

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable, warm and had all we needed inside. The location was very convenient to get to the bus stop and for shopping. Central Chamonix

The location is very good. It would have been easier if we spoke French because it made it difficult to communicate. The property was clean. A couple of things would have made it even better. More towels - we only had two for the whole week. Soap to wash our hands in the bathroom and kitchen, also hand towels in the bathroom. Also though there were books and a TV as they were all in French we couldn't take advantage. It would be nice to have a few books in English. Future travellers might like to know that the bedroom is very small, with the double bed only accessible from one side and the over the end. The bed was comfortable with a good mattress. There was a well equipped Kitchen and the shower was good.

Quaint apartment in a great location.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect. It is next to the Aiguille du Midi station and only two minutes walking from the main street in Chamonix. You can easily get to everything in Chamonix from this apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful. The apartment is rustic and has some interesting furniture and collectibles. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are large. The bedroom is the only small room in the apartment. The apartment has a very nice yard with a table and chairs. The views are spectacular. You look up to the mountains and Mont Blanc. There is a Carrefour market only five minutes walking away. We were very fortunate that the owner let us park on the property. This was a big plus because parking is difficult find in Chamonix.
