Just an average option during high season in Cesme. Price/performance ok but nothing fancy. They dont even change the shampoo at the bathroom although we asked twice, almost all half bottles. The water gets barely warm to take a hot shower. Rooms need maintenance etc..

In general : do not go to cesme in the season(or ever). You will be charged more than European level for a very bad service. This hotel is not at the beach. So if you want to have access to A beach you have to pay even a lot more to get another terrible hotel. Otherwise you can’t even get in to the beach clubs which has an entry fee of 20-30 euros because they are full. Unbelievable but true. So this was my first and last time in cesme. All over very bad experience. Just leave it to the rich Turkish people who likes to show off and even don’t care about the miserable quality of service and facilities for an irrational price. These people including this hotel don’t know the business. They just own or rent a place to make money using this mad situation in Cesme. Anyone can just open a place and make money there.

Good hotel but no beach access this year.

Helpful and polite staf and very good breakfast. Only problem was beach access. Hotels.com was advertising a few beach access for customers and I booked this hotel due to beach access. But I was told in reception that there was no deal this year for beaches.

It was a great service overall. I got a free upgrade to the room with seaview. Excellent approach by staff including housekeeping especially and also the restaurant waiters. Overall, great venue to take a vacation.

Kahvaltı çok yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Hotelin temizliği çok güzeldi.
