This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless and the decor and kitchen supplies were stylish and perfect; exactly what is needed. The balconies were an added bonus with outdoor seating as well. The location was perfect an easy walk to everything, especially the beach, but access to a free bicycle was also available. The artwork in the lobby is striking and the the owner shared a wonderful story behind the pieces. She is a wonderful and kind person who instantly make you feel welcome and home. The staff are friendly and helpful and seem to truly enjoy the Residence Sunrise, I know I did and plan to return to this lovely property in a wonderful community and neighborhood.

Property manager was very kind and waited a bit longer for our check-in. She walked us through our apartment and explained where everthing is. Place was very nice and clean. Pillows were to hard for my taste but the bed was comfortable. This place offers a lot of space for Ironman equipmemt and is close enough to Cervia.

Sehr gepflegtes Apartment in super Lage. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Hundefreundlich. Wir waren in der Nachsaison, daher alles sehr angenehm ruhig. Centro storico ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Schöne Herbstferien

Wir haben für die Herbstferien das Penthouse-Appartement mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider wurden durch einen Fehler beim Check-In Appartements vertauscht, sodass wir erst nach zwei Tagen das richtige Appartement beziehen konnten. Das Problem wurde höflich erklärt und letztendlich ausgeräumt. Die Rate für das nahezu gleichwertige Appartement wurde entsprechend nach unten korrigiert. Zusätzlich erhielten wir einen Gutschein für ein Restaurant, den wir gerne nutzten. 😀 Generell ist zu sagen, daß die Kommunikation direkt und reibungslos funktionierte. Die Dame der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Appartements waren beide sehr sauber gereinigt. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Die Geräte in der Küche sind auf neuem Stand. Es war eine sehrschöne Woche!

Bel residence!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Sunrise in quanto nostra figlia partecipava ad un torneo presso l'Eurocamp che dista 800 mt dal residence, durante il weekend di Pasqua. La posizione del residence è ottima sia rispetto all'Eurocamp, ma sopratutto vicinissimo al mare. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il personale davvero cordiale e sorridente (il che non guasta mai). Il bilocale pulito, ben arredato e confortevole, non mancava nulla, completo di due terrazzini. Da prendere in considerazione anche per una vacanza al mare d'estate. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Siamo stati benissimo l'anno scorso ed abbiamo ripetuto l'esperienZa anche quest'anno. Ottima struttura ed in una bellissima posizione. A due passi dal mare e dal centro storico, lontano dal traffico, vicinissimo al mare. Molto utili le convenzioni con sconto con strutture limitrofe. Da ripetere!
