Close to all amenities with the villages of Moriani or Cervione located 10 minutes by car, the place is relaxing and calm, in the greenery between sea and mountains.

Superbe découverte de la Costa verde

Charmante petite extension de la demeure principale de l'hôte. Monsieur Xavier est extrêmement humain et sympathique, il aime les gens et est extrêmement attentionné. Un grand merci à lui, il nous a dépanné plus d'une fois. La demeure est assez prête de la ville de cervione et permet de visiter l'ancienne corse avec ses villes abandonnées et ses petites adresses pittoresque s. La plage est a 6mn de voiture sinon,.se

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, Xavier und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber und haben immer Unterstützung angeboten. Das Häuschen ist klasse und hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Hübsches Häuschen im Pinienwald

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in hübschen Häuschen im Pinienwald. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber wohnt gleich in der Nähe und ist sehr freundlich und gibt gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das perfekte Urlaubsziel um sich zu erholen

Wer die Ruhe sucht, wird sie in diesem Objekt finden. Kleines Haus in den Kiefern...... Wir waren als Ehepaar dort, um uns zu erholen. Es gelang perfekt. Man hört nichts als das Singen der Vögel. Besuch bekamen wir nur von Eidechsen, Käfern oder Eichelheer. Etwas schwierig war die Zufahrt zum Anwesen. Da es im Wald liegt, ist die Zufahrt nicht gemacht. Das heißt Wurzelwerk und Steine auf dem Weg nach oben. Aber nach ein paar mal üben; kein Problem. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Vermieter hat super Tipps um die Landschaft zu erkunden bzw. er weiß wo man gut Essen kann und einen super Ausblick auf das Meer hat. Wir kommen wieder!!!!

Bezauberndes Juwel am Waldrand

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Häuschen ist klein und fein, alles ist vorhanden, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, charmant und zugleich fast unsichtbar. Wunderbare Strände sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Tips: * den leuchtenden Sternenhimmel (Milchstraße !) auf der Terrasse genießen * Chez Theresa hat leckeren Hummer mit Macaroni, 10 Min Richtung Süden * der Strand Alistro war besonders schön, 15 Min Richtung Süden

Super schönes selbst gebautes Haus im Wald

Wir haben unseren zwei wöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus wirklich sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig, ein wenig abgeschieden und bietet den idealen Platz sich abseits der Touristenzonen zu entspannen. Trotzdem ist alles in wenigen Minuten mit den Auto erreichbar (Supermarkt, Strand,..) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute, für Insider Tipps gern zu haben. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen und können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Traumurlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Korsika verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Xavier vor der Anreise war sehr gut, wir haben einige Male telefoniert und haben alle nötigen Informationen vorab bekommen. Wir konnten das Haus freundlicherweise einige Stunden früher als geplant beziehen und waren sprachlos: das Haus, von Xavier selbst gebaut, ist ein Traum und genau richtig für zwei Personen. Man kann in Ruhe die Sonne auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick auf die Berge genießen, das Haus ist sauber und neuwertig. Durch die hohe Decke in der Wohnküche wirkt es auch noch einmal wesentlich größer. Natürlich ist auch die Insel wunderschön und die Natur einfach atemberaubend. Das Beste war jedoch die außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft von Xavier und Marie Do. Beide sind sehr freundlich und offen und wir haben es genossen mit ihnen zusammen zu sitzen und uns zu unterhalten. Sie haben uns auch viele hilfreiche Tipps bezüglich Ausflugszielen, Geschäften und Restaurants geben können. Das absolute Highlight war ein gemeinsamer Grillabend und korsische Spezialitäten von Marie Do und Xavier. Solche Vermieter kann man sich wirklich nur wünschen. Vielen Dank für alles und wir kommen sicher wieder!

Klein, aber sehr fein - mit tollen Vermietern!

Wir waren im Juli 2016 für 18 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern dort - und wir haben es sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf halbem Weg zwischen der Ostküste und dem sehr hübschen Bergdorf Cervione, es liegt unterhalb des Hauses des Vermieterpaares, der Zugang erfolgt vom eigenen Stellplatz aus über ca. 20 Stufen den Hang hinunter auf eine schöne Holzterrasse, von wo aus man dann die Wohnküche betritt. Die Hausbeschreibung und die Bilder sind sehr aussagekräftig, sie zeigen sehr authentisch das gesamte Haus mit seinen vier Räumen (Wohnküche mit Ausziehsofa; Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank; Bad mit Dusche & Waschbecken; WC) - man sollte aber auch nicht anhand der Bilder irgendwo weiteren Platz vermuten: Es ist ein kleines Ferienhaus - ideal für zwei Personen! Wir sind recht gut organisiert und womöglich sogar "ordentlich", was angesichts des begrenzten Platzes auch hilfreich bis notwendig ist: So muss das Sofa in der Küche natürlich jeden Abend ausgezogen und morgens wieder eingeklappt werden. Auch der Platz im Schlafzimmer-Kleiderschrank ist recht knapp - uns haben drei große IKEA-Kisten gute Dienste geleistet, die wir in der Küche als zusätzlichen Stauraum für die vielen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs aufgebaut haben. Nicht zuletzt spielt sich in Korsika aber das Leben weitestgehend im Freien ab, so dass wir sämtliche Mahlzeiten und die schönen Sommerabende natürlich auf der Holzterrasse vor dem Haus genossen haben - auch das schafft Platz auf dem so nicht benötigten Küchentisch... ;-) Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und funktional eingerichtet - vieles hat Xavier, der Vermieter, offensichtlich selbst gebaut. Überhaupt sind Xavier und seine Partnerin sehr entspannte, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Xavier spricht recht gut deutsch, seine Frau sehr gut italienisch und etwas englisch. Xavier war auch vor dem Urlaub bei Fragen meinerseits sehr kommunikativ und offen. Einziges Manko des Ferienhauses: Man kann (im Sommer) tagsüber nur sehr schlecht am oder im Haus bleiben, weil es keinen Garten oder gar Pool gibt und Haus oder Terrasse dann einfach zu heiß sind (abends kühlte sich das Haus dank zweier Ventilatoren aber recht gut ab). Also haben wir zugesehen, dass wir spätestens um 11.00 Uhr morgens im Auto sitzen und die Île de Beauté erkunden - deshalb waren wir ja auch in Korsika!
