Welcomed by friendly staff, clean beautful room, excellent bathroom with hot water and space, comfortable bed and pillows, nice kitchen with sink and a midsized refrigerator, quiet safe neighborhood close to all food and the centralia outlet stores. Absolutely an outstanding value for the money!!!!!

Yes the room was clean and stocked with all amenities!! First off.. Dakota, the front desk clerk was very nice.. organized.. and very helpful!! He and I worked 2gthr to get everything worked out on my reservation for check-in. All of the staff that works at this location as well as the Varsity North staff are always extremely kind and curtious.. and work tirelessly toward getting their patrons reservations etc.. taken care of.

Window had no lock. On the ground floor and when I arrived the window was open. Finding the entrance to the property was difficult. It had a separate, gated, exit that showed as the entrance on GPS.

Security gate, clean room, friendly maid service, close to food, grocery and gas. Not good customer service from front desk/manager. Like some businesses today, blame banks for their mistakes. Manager needs training in how to handle disputes with customer. Buyer beware, this place use your credit card not debit, have to wait over a week to get $50 because of their mistake.
