The property is on the 2nd and last level of a building located within a residential park located in the center of Palinuro and having direct access to the former Club Med beach. The distance of the property from the beach is approximately 50 meters. The property consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room directly connected to the kitchen and a terrace on a very panoramic level, which allows the view of the Cilento coast from Capo Palinuro to the tip of Acciaroli, and, in particularly visible conditions, on the island of Capri. There are 4 beds, two in the bedroom on a double bed, two in the living room. The property is equipped with a 40 "TV for digital terrestrial viewing and a shower, as well as inside the toilet, also outside on the terrace. There is a reserved parking space inside the park. The apartment is effectively thermally insulated.
