All apartments have there own lockable front door or the whole house can be used for larger families or groups of friends.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom, sofa area with flat screen smart TV.

We have recently installed a kitchen just off the pool area and also an outdoor shower.

The house is in a beautiful part of Spain with fabulous views and is very peaceful ideal for those people like us who want to experience the real Spain and enjoy holidays exploring the local areas or relaxing by the pool with a good book.

We have a secluded outdoor pool, outdoor shower, a BBQ area and plenty of outdoor seating areas for those hot summer nights.

When the weather is too hot for you or the children or you just need time out of the fabulous sunshine, we have a games room complete with a full size pool table and dart board.

The house is about 15 minutes drive into the historical town of Cehegín, a very pleasant drive through the Spanish countryside.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
