The Villa is an old country residence settled on an estate of 26,000 sqm., a large and secret garden paradise containing groves of olive, orange and lemon, with trees of pine, cypress and palm, fruit trees such as the mulberry and the lotus, the fig, the apricot and the banana … and not least our abundant vines.
From the house you can hear the sea-waves: the beach is just 200m away, directly accessible by a pathway through the gardens .
The Villa is about 6 km from the well-known historic centre of Cefalu', therefore a car is recommended; closer is the town of Lascari, at 2 km distance.
The area offers markets, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, beach lidos, to mention just a few of the offerings available.

The Villa itself has two floors. On the first is the entrance hall, the living room (containing a double sofa-bed), a delightfully traditional kitchen with attractive brickwork and a bathroom with shower. The second floor has 3 rooms with double beds (one of which can be separated into 2 singles), another bathroom with shower and a single bed located on the landing.
Two of the bedrooms have access to a large veranda/terrace from which you can enjoy a colourful view of the sea and the surrounding lush vegetation of palms, citrus and pine trees in which you will feel immediately immersed. And you can relax and have your breakfast outside in the shade of a large date palm beside the Villa.
Outside the house is an expansive wisteria pergola, underneath which is a large family-size table made in artisan brickwork, and a barbecue is located nearby, in the shade of a pathway of pine trees.
On returning from the beach, you can enjoy an external shower served by hot water and there is also a traditional-style stone basin for washing or rinsing small items.
Inside the villa there is everything you need for cooking – crockery, gas oven, microwave oven – and there is stereo system, satellite TV, central heating radiators, dish-washer, hair-dryer and irons if your clothes need ironing.
There is no air conditioning or internet, but in this place you will hardly feel the need for them!

Keeping watch over this rural environment are our affectionate four-legged dogs (one is even three-legged!), who will be delighted to make your acquaintance but who won't get in your way if you prefer this

Sun loungers and canoes are provided for beach use, and a small yacht is available for the more adventurous.
The area is very quiet and peaceful for most of the year, although in the summertime the beach attracts many visitors for its natural beauty, its soft sands and its safe bathing: this is Salinelle beach, among the most scenically beautiful of Cefalu'.

The proprietor, who lives on the estate, is very happy to meet all of your needs to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and relaxing!
