It’s a wonderful setting in a quiet part of the island. We stayed in the upper part and it was just lovely, great view, house, porch, and dock. So happy to see Cedar Key coming back and the marsh is lovely as always. I will add also that McCormick Realty did a wonderful job as managers. Their communication, check in and out was all excellent .

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was just the right size for our family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. The vew from the top is fantastic and we loved the access to the pier. If you're looking for a place to stay on Cedar Key definitely book this place.

Great fishing trip

We had a great time. Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for a group of 5. Good parking. Views of the gulf are great. We had fun fishing from the dock -- and launching our kayaks at the nearby state park.

Needed 4 bedrooms and this place fit the bill. It was clean and close to town. Had a great time with 3 lifetime friends.

Cedar Summit Tranquility

Two separate living/cooking areas for all family to relax and rejuvenate. The covered porches were well used for naps. The dock was exquisite with direct sunset views! Quiet and full of amenities, we will definitely rent again! Thank you!

The summit

We had a great stay, I loved the dock and great mix of woods and water. I wish the lights down the dock and at the boat ramp worked. Probably storm damage from Debby. The layout was perfect for multi family stays.

Beautiful views and a comfortable living space.

We did a family get away for new year's eve. The living and sleeping space is set up as a 2/1 over 2/1 with two full kitchens. This was perfect as the old people could go to bed early, and the younger adults stayed up playing games and watching football. Would stay here again.

Osprey Heaven!

Beautiful and well equipped property. Very comfortable space, especially the beds! The dock was great and the marsh was full of birds but the star attraction was the ospreys! They were everywhere and close enough to watch. There was a big nest visible from the second floor screened porch.

Amazing

We were down for our Beckham family reunion The home accommodated us perfectly. Everyone had their own separate space. The dock is amazing. We caught two very large black drum off the dock. Best weekend ever!

Super great except the beds

Love cedar key and the seafood festival. The house is 2 separate 2 bedroom/1 bath apartments. This is great for privacy and yet shared fun! Both units were clean and attractively decorated. The beds were fine downstairs. The beds upstairs creaked and mattress are overdue for replacement. With new beds, I would give them home 5 stars.

Highly recommend this property! Having 2 separate areas for everyone to stretch out came in very handy. The 3 Queen beds were very comfortable, the bunk bed was terrible (people sleeping in that room just slept on couch in living room after first couple of nights). Lots of pillows, blankets, and towels available. Large dining table both upstairs and downstairs gave us plenty of room for meals and game playing in the evening. Charcoal Grill outside allowed us to grill out a couple of meals, but also had plenty of pots and pans inside...we made tacos, brats, hamburgers, Salmon, and multiple items for breakfast. Plenty of parking for multiple cars, but what we really liked was having an area to back in the boat. Hose perfectly placed so we could wash the boat every evening and an area outside to clean/filet the fish we caught. Dock out to the water was especially interesting at low tide - we were fascinated by the crabs and stingray! The upper screened in deck was so nice to relax on! Corner gas station had the necessities we needed (milk, eggs), but glad we brought most food items with us-Cedar Key is still recovering from Hurricane Idalia, so no real grocery store nearby. Easy drive to Dock street where we enjoyed lunch at Steamers a few times, and the shops are fun to walk through. Tiki Bar out on Hwy 24 had great live music Friday and Saturday night and was a great place to watch the sunset. Overall, everyone had a great time!!
