By booking with us, please note to observe the House Rules and Guidelines:
1.Please be respectful of the space and treat it like your own home.Please apply GOLDEN RULE.
2. Smoking inside the unit is not allowed, we don't want the smoke detector or the alarm system to activate. However, you can use the balcony instead and extinguish the lit cigarette properly.
3. Check-in is at 2 PM while check-out is at 12NN. If you need to check-in/out at a different time, please notify us at least a day before.
4. A maximum of three (3) adults can stay comfortably in the unit.
5. The entrance door must be locked at all times, especially when guests leave the apartment. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables as a result of non-observance of this rule.
6. Guests must NOT leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The apartment is pest-free and we ask that you help us keep it that way.
7.We are not encouraging the guests to cook, but after using the kitchen,guests must maintain the cleanliness of it, we do not want to catch any crawling insects' attentions.Please refrain cooking of fish/dried fish.
8.Dishes must be washed immediately after use in order to maintain cleanliness of the unit.
9.Please dispose trash regularly-- located behind the door in FIRE EXIT.
10. Small children must be supervised at all times. Doors and windows must be closed or locked to prevent any untoward incident.
11. Only confirmed guests are allowed by the security.Guests must provide the full names of the people who will be staying in the unit.
12. Noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors is NOT allowed.
13. Strictly NO parties and NO overnight visitors.
14. Guests must NOT engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
15. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
16. In order to keep our rates affordable, please conserve energy and water. Turn off the water, lights, electrical appliances and air conditioning whenever not in use or whenever you leave the apartment. Mother Nature will thank you too.
17. Please do not cook or hang clothes in the Balcony.
18. Flammable, combustible or explosive fluids, materials, chemicals or substances which may expose the premises to fire or accident are NOT allowed. Only the kitchen appliances provided may be used for cooking or heating.
19. Return all given keys and access cards upon check-out. Lost key/access card will be charged at 400php.
20. Guests are NOT allowed to alter, redecorate or change any portion of the premises.
