Pemartin - Cazeaux-de-Larboust

Halfway between the Peyragudes ski resort and the Bagnères-de-Luchon spa town (7km), this village house is the perfect starting point for hikers and cyclists in the summer and skiers in the winter. It's also very close to a leisure center with a tennis court, multi-sports court and ping-pong table, a playground for young children, and a pétanque court. This gîte, situated above a large meadow, comprises a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchenette. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. A small, south-facing garden, separate from the gîte, is situated across the street and includes a terrace and a portable barbecue. Parking is available nearby in the village square. The owners' residence is attached to the gîte but completely independent (entrance, building, etc.). Ground floor: entrance with closet. On the first floor: A through-living room comprising a lounge with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a separate laundry room, a separate toilet, and a separate shower room. On the second floor: One bedroom (three single beds, 90cm wide), a second bedroom (one double bed, 160cm wide), an adjoining dressing room, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Electric heating.
