Clean hotel with friendly staff in Cayenne

Central location, great breakfast, clean & safe with secured parking (although limited) right in the centre of cayenne. It has a pool too. Highly recommending!

vu le prix, je m’attendais à mieux

Les +: petite piscine, petit dĂ©jeuner au top Les -: salle de bain vĂ©tuste, porte vitrĂ©e qui ferme mal, oreillers de 25cm d’épaisseur et durs. impossible de dormir la dessus. Et enfin parking trĂšs petit, je n’ai jamais pu me garer Ă  l’intĂ©rieur le soir

Ibis Style

Alors, on nous a proposĂ© une chambre. En ouvrant la porte, je me suis rendu compte que la chambre etait occupĂ©e. Claquettes au sol, trousse de toilettes dans la salle de bain, valise ouverte... pas de doute, cette belle chambre n'Ă©tait pas pour nous. Apres avoir informĂ© la receptionniste, nous voici dans une nouvelle chambre ressemblant... Ă  une chambre de passage. Porte d'entrĂ©e de coloris diffĂ©rente, moisissures dans la chambre et la salle de bain, liquide blanchatre sur le carĂ©nage (j'espĂšre que ce n'est pas ce Ă  quoi je pense...), porte endommagĂ©e, lumiĂšre hs, lavabo bouchĂ©... bon, chambre pas terrible. En plus, la standardiste nous a informĂ© que la piscine est hs depuis une semaine suite Ă  une fuite d'eau. Si j'avais su, je serais aller dans un autre hĂŽtel. Lors du checkout, nous en avons parlĂ© avec le standardiste. Il a su faire preuve d'empathie et nous a offert 2 tickets pour une consommation chez eux. Je ne pense pas revenir d'autant plus, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hĂŽtel, la rue fut tres bruyante jusqu'Ă  05h30. Pourtant l'hĂŽtel est situĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du commissariat. Donc, je deconseille l'hĂŽtel mĂȘme si 15 jours auparavant j'avais passĂ© une nuit et tout c'Ă©tait relativement bien passĂ©. Donc pour l'instant, je dĂ©conseille cet hĂŽtel. Je vous invite Ă  passer votre route. Quand je pense que l'hĂŽtel a Ă©tĂ© inaugurĂ© en juin 2024...
