Cheerful, helpful staff were a pleasure to be with. Clean linens, closet space and a large bathroom for two. Breakfast with a smile. Great location near beaches and Green Gables. We were able to walk. Sunsets and sunrise over the beach.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Trudy assisted us with an issue immediately and Leo in the Breakfast Room was super friendly, always cheerful and very helpful. Mike was very easy to deal with at check-in and quite friendly. This is an older property but very well maintained. I would highly recommend the Cavendish Motel for anyone looking of a good, clean room and easy access to all of P.E. I. Stayed for 4 nights and able to explore the Island easily from this central point.

Room upon arrival was very cold, the heat was not turned on. TV worked but couldn't get the satellite/cable to work, it had error codes. Blow dryer smoked and probably needs to be replaced. Beds were ok but could use an upgrade. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Great location.

Room was clean and presentable. Building and grounds acceptable. Staff was pleasent to me and helpful. bed comfortable enough. Nighttime very quiet. Price reasonable. Free breakfast was not great ,bacon and potatoe hash browns under-cooked ,coffee bitter ,OJ low quality. We also had trouble getting hot water in out room which I reported to staff. overall 4/5
