This character cottage offers pleasant comfortable and spacious living spaces, combining tradition and modernity, as well as great benefits with its private pool, pétanque court, all in a preserved environment ... Located in a quiet hamlet, you can enjoy the calm of the place and completely enclosed with its surrounding wall on the courtyard side and cross the various tourist sites of the Dordogne valley. 250m² gite with on the ground floor an independent kitchen and a dining room with laundry access. Access by five steps to the open living room, then right to the Rose (1 double bed in 160) and Green Myth rooms (1 double bed in 160), with a bathroom (thermostatic shower), separate wc . From the living room, access by three ascending steps to the Taupe (2 single beds in 90) and Yellow (1 double bed in 160) bedrooms, with a second bathroom (thermostatic shower), separate WC and relaxation area on the ground floor swimming pool. Perfektes Sommerhaus (& auch für Regentage)

Ein charmantes altes Haus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail wunderschön und funktional hergerichtet wurde. Es bietet viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, schöne helle Zimmer, große Küche, Esszimmer & Wohnzimmer. Sowohl der Innenhof mit Esstisch und Grill als auch der Garten mit tollem Pool und Sitzecke sind sehr großzügig. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr schnell zu Hause; der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Absolutes Wohlfühlferienhaus!

Excellent séjour, le gîte est spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, tout à fait conforme aux photos. L’hôte est accueillant, disponible, souriant, bienveillant, il répond rapidement à nos demandes. N’hésitez pas à réserver !!

Magnifique gîte !

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce magnifique gîte de caractère, rénové avec beaucoup de goût et matériaux de qualité. Cette maison a une "âme" et est idéalement située au calme, et proche à la fois des très beaux villages du Lot et de la Corrèze. Elle est très spacieuse pour 8 personnes et comporte 2 espaces nuit séparés, et isolés des pièces à vivre. Les 4 grandes chambres offrent des lits king size très confortables. Le propriétaire très sympathique, nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et offert un panier de bienvenue, garni de produits locaux et pain frais. Il nous a également conseillé pour explorer la région. La piscine et le jardin offre une magnifique vue sur la campagne sans vis-à-vis. Nous recommandons fortement cette location qui correspond à 100% au descriptif et photos. En bref, nous sommes totalement tombés sous le charme de cet ancien moulin !
