Property is good, but the outside pool wasn’t open and area around it not cared for much which we were looking forward to. Inside Spa was very good though. Took a while to get the deposit credited back to my account.

Nous étions côté rue mais insonorisation excellente. Très propre , manque juste une petite hotte dans la kitchenette. Deco refaite récemment plutôt sympa. Balneo très agréable après les efforts mais il faut y aller assez tôt car à 17h c’est bondé. Personnel souriant et très sympa.

Séjour appréciable surtout grâce à la piscine, dont nous avons beaucoup profité. La chambre réservée n'était pas celle prévue àcause d'un bug informatique à priori : nous avons eu des lits séparés. Le restaurant de l'hôtel : une catastrophe. La majorité ce qui était indiqué sur la carte n'était pas disponible. Malgré un resto presque vide, le service était très long (2h pour une entrée et un plat). Le bar : pareil. Impossible de commander, plus de ci ou de ça. Nous avons apprécié : sa localisation, les jeux a disposition, le personnel.

Incident coffre-fort

À notre arrivée, le 20/04/2025, nous avons été surclassés, ce qui nous a paru sympathique. Nous sommes allés à l espace aquatique en laissant téléphones portables, papiers, CB, clefs et bijoux dans le coffre dans le placard de notre chambre. Les peignoirs, marqués XL, sont trop étroits. L espace aquatique est assez petit car l hôtel n était pas complet et il y a très peu de chaises et de transats disponibles. De plus, les enfants y sont autorisés et c est donc très bruyant. L eau du bassin n est pas très chaude. En remontant dans notre chambre, impossible de réouvrir le coffre. Il a fallu qu on insiste fortement auprès de la personne à l accueil pour qu elle fasse venir la personne de la maintenance pour l ouvrir car elle nous disait qu il fallait attendre le lendemain matin. Nous avons été obligés de manger au restaurant attenant où, au bout d une heure, la réceptionniste est venue nous dire que le coffre était ouvert... Nous trouvons anormal qu une personne soit rentrée dans notre chambre pour ouvrir le coffre sans notre présence. De plus, aucune excuse et un manque total d empathie de la part de la réceptionniste que ce soit le soir même et également le lendemain lors de notre départ. Des petits déjeuners offerts auraient été bienvenus pour faire passer cet incident.

Nous avons apprécié d'avoir tous les commerces sous la main, loueur de ski, boulangerie en face de l'hôtel. Idéalement situé pour accéder aux telecabines et aux agences de guide de montagne. Le restaurant interne à l'hôtel est tout a fait convenable. Un espace bar, avec des jeux de sociétés a disposition. L'espace piscine, sauna, hammam est ideal pour se détendre apres une journée de ski. Cela manque de revues ou journaux a disposition. Et le petit déjeuner devrait afficher un prix plus raisonnable. C'est excessif rapport qualite-prix.
