trĂšs limite ...

Accueil agrĂ©able et chaleureux. Par contre la propretĂ© des sanitaires et douches horribles !!! De l'eau partout dans les toilettes donc ça glisse et l'État de propretĂ© n'est pas top ! Quand aux douches ils existent des produits efficaces pour dĂ©caper vos joints dĂ©gueulasses et moisit, on voit parfaitement que c'est du nettoyage a la va vite et non approfondit, mĂȘme les Ă©vacuations et aĂ©rations sont crades !!!! Il n'y a pas de serviettes de toilettes a disposition et ce n'Ă©tait pas prĂ©cisĂ© au moment de ma rĂ©servation donc on a dĂ» en acheter a l'accueil (ils sont malin du coup) . Pour le buffet de petit dĂ©jeunĂ© c'est Ă©galement trĂšs limite... brioche et pain de mie tout secs, pain caoutchouteux, pas d'assiettes pour y mettre les produits, pommes toutes flĂ©tries, pots de confitures collants et pot de pate a tartinĂ© pas propre, bref au prix du service on s'attend quand mĂȘme a un minimum de produits frais et plus de rigueur... Pour la partie nettoyage de la chambre nous n'avons trop rien a redire sauf le fait que la partie supĂ©rieur enfant n'est pas faite donc c'est a nous de nous dĂ©brouiller pour faire le lit , je n'avais encore jamais vu cela. Confort des lits ok, insonorisation des chambres ok, revoir la ventilation pour Ă©viter cette condensation qui goutte de partout sur la fenĂȘtre ne serait pas un luxe .

SĂ©jour une nuit, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche et un toilette a disposition l'autre HS ce qui est totalement inadmissible. DĂ©jĂ  compliquĂ© de sortir de sa chambre pour se laver et autre (d'oĂč le prix) j'en suis consciente. La seule chose positive c'est le personnels, trĂšs agrĂ©ables !
