The residence was lovely, aircon in both bedrooms and living space was great for getting back from a hot day out. The appartment was very clean and they even let us drop our bags off in the appartment early before cleaning was finished which was very kind of them. The lady that let us in was lovely and we had a free bottle of wine on arrival. The appartment had a washing maching which was a life saver, the balcony was a nice size. The walk to the main tourist area past Bellini park is about 15 mins, which our kids (6 and 9) were fine with. Catania was a beautiful city and we had a fab time. An uber from the residence to the sandy beach was €20-€30. We would recommend staying here.

Bugs / cockroach in property - Poor service.

Bugs in property on first night. Bug spray provided by cleaner. Reception did not understand my issue, luckily cleaner was cleaning other rooms and helped me. Further issue with cockroaches in property. Again reception could not understand my full issue and when they eventually did they advised cleaner had sorted it and removed cockroach. After returning to the property and been advised it was sorted. The cockroach was still there (the cockroach was 1.5 inches bug as well!) So they either lied to me or did not understand what i was asking them to confirm. Further issue. Power tripped in property. I only had tv, washing machine on and the air con, receptions answer was Don't have the air con on whilst i am washing my clothes! (During a heatwave!) very poor response. Very disappointed. Property looks nice on pictures but i would not recommend staying here and i would not stay here again. Only saving grace was the lovely Marina who checked me in and helped with some of my issues.

The apartment was clean, all the facilities worked , including the air conditioning which as great. Unfortunately the lift broke down so carrying suitcases up / down four flights of marble staircase was a challenge . Also be aware there are three sets of codes to get into the apartment and to lock / unlock the door of the apartment took a day or so to master it. Luckily we got help from others in the apartment. Admittedly we were tired after our flight and there is alot of information to take in. Lesson, before agent leaves, make sure you go through the entey codes youself to make sure you can get in/out the building.

We were in the apartment, a family of 4. The apartment is very small in the photos, it looks big and spacious The pictures are very misleading The shower is really small, you can hardly move in it We had a problem that there was no hot water to shower when we returned from a trip in the evening and it was only fixed the next evening In our opinion, the service is very poor They said we would receive compensation and did not give any compensation Good things to say: The kitchen is spacious and equipped The living room is spacious One spacious and comfortable bedroom Their service is kind and nice people

The manager and the house cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would have liked to have more supplies for cooking, like a good bread knife, cutting board and maybe a drip coffee maker.

A perfect apartment with all kitchen equipment. A TV and comfortable sofa wit kitchen downstairs and bedroom with a bathroom upstairs. A very quiet and safe place to stay. We did love it.

Overall, I did not enjoy my stay fully. First night I had to take a cold shower. However the communication was great when I reported the issue (They told me I had to wait until the water warms up again). The water still would get cold after 5-8 minutes. The following nights I was attacked my gnats which caused severe itching and swelling on my arm. My arm swelled up so bad from allergic reaction and it was the size of a tennis ball. I am not sure where the bugs came from. Both me and fiance got bit up while we were sleeping during the night. We had to travel to Paris after leaving and get pharmacy help from this issue (Which messed up some of our travel experience) I am still healing from all the bug bites on my left arm currently. My fiance got bit on his hand and legs. Parking was a big issue, I had to drive around more than once to find parking becuase the parking provided was taken by other people in the area thorughout the day. Communication was great with this place was not what i thought it would be.

Great service, uncomfortable apartment

The staff were terrific, prompt, and helpful. I would stay at this brand again, but definitely not this particular location. The building itself was dark and sketchy. The elevator tiny and gave a jerky ride. We held our breath each time we used it. The apartment was interior facing with no window on the bedroom floor so it was dark. The shower was so small you have to squat to try and soap up your legs. It’s impossible to bend- pretty much a telephone booth. While it’s nicely renovated, this particular apartment in this building was not an enjoyable stay. I did go to the front desk at their more central location and that building seemed much more comfortable to stay in.

Good location. Right in a residential area. Bus stop is just 1 minute walk away. The interior can use some sprice up. I do like the wrap around balcony. Makes the facility very airy.
