Beautiful and large apartment comprising: a bedroom with bed / 2 persons, a bedroom with two beds / 1 person, a living room with sofa convertible into a double bed, dining area with open kitchen, bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, storeroom , terrace and private parking. Fully equipped to accommodate 6 people, the furniture and equipment are in very good condition, the equipment is complete: flat screen TV, DVD player, dishwasher, vitro hob, multifunction oven, fridge freezer, washing machine. Spacious (70 m2) and well exposed, it is very clear, it has an independent entrance. The views are clear on the surrounding mountain, not overlooked. It is located on the ground floor of a small residence, on the road to Peyragudes station at the exit of the village of SAINT-AVENTIN. Well located for hiking and skiing. Luchon is 5 kms away and provides access to the Superbagnères resort by eggs. You will find everything you will need there: thermal baths, mini golf, tennis lessons, a municipal swimming pool, a cinema, shops, restaurants, the tourist office. You can practice all the white water sports in the surroundings. Toulouse is about 150 kms away. It is recommended to provide a vehicle for your trips. Ideal for children who can play outside safely.

Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement toujours aussi agréable.Son emplacement à 10 minutes de Luchon permet de rayonner sur les sites de randonnées et d’échapper à la canicule grâce à son altitude.Accueil parfait.Nous reviendrons.

Vacances février 2025
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Castillon de l'Arbouste , le logement est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. Spacieux , propre et tout équipé ce qui est appréciable quand on voyage avec des enfants. Concernant la localisation , 10min du sommet de Peyragudes pour le ski ,15min de la mini-station de Bourg D'oeuil, et 10min de Luchon pour les commodités ce qui assure un emplacement idéal et bien desservi.

Séjour à Luchon
Appartement idéalement placé au calme et à seulement 10 minutes du centre ville de Luchon.
Le logement est très bien agencé et sa superficie de 70 m2 contribue aux vacances réussies.
La présence de moustiquaires est un vrai plus

Un hébergement très agréable en plein nature
L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, fonctionnel et joliment décoré.
Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à prendre nos repas sur la petite terrasse face à la montagne. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. Il y a possibilité de faire différentes randos au départ de l'appartement, sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Location spacieuse et confortable
L'appartement comporte tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances, il est lumineux et confortable. Il est tout proche de plusieurs beaux sites de randonnées et les visites dont la ville de Luchon ne manquent pas pour les jours de mauvais temps ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Location tranquille, idéale pour la randonnée en montagne
Appartement spacieux, très confortable, calme, excellent en tous points, convient aux familles avec deux enfants pour y séjourner dans les conditions qui satisferons petits et grands.
Proche de la ville et des commerces, se trouve dans un village calme et authentique, accès aux sentiers de randonnées est immédiat. Il ne reste qu'à souhaiter que tous les voyageurs y séjournant respecteront ce logement et le rendront en état impeccable comme il est aujourd'hui! Très bonne continuation!!
