Not only the house is right on the sea, and surrounded by a big private pine wood, but it is also located only 4 km away from the exclusive ancient town of Castiglione della Pescaia, recognized as the best water and sea location in Italy in 2014.
There are 3 floors so that it gives freedom and privacy to guests.
At guests' disposal:The house has three livable terraces: one facing the sea overlooking the islands of the Tuscan archipelago; the other two look out onto the private pinewood at the back of the house.

Ground floor: simple but large kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, small electric oven, microwave, 4 gas ring hobs, electrical coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, pans and dishes to cook for 12 people), spacious dining room with fireplace, 1 twin bedroom (can be turned into double), bathroom with shower and washing machine.

First floor: large living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 2 twins bedrooms (one of which can be turned into double), bathroom with shower.

Top Floor: double bedroom with toilet (wc and sink).
