L'urbaine - Castets ET Castillon

Our fully renovated gîte (holiday cottage), completed in 2021, is located in the village of Castets-et-Castillon (formerly Castets-en-Dorthe), where the Canal de l'Entre-deux-Mers meets the Garonne River. Here, you'll find yourself in the countryside, at the gateway to the vineyards, in a charming village with numerous amenities. This location is ideal for exploring the Canal des Deux Mers, castles, fortified towns, medieval villages, and much more. Adjoining our house, the gîte sits on a 1,500 m² enclosed plot with a large terrace and adjoining garden, and a pétanque court. The gîte offers all the necessary comforts for your stay, whatever the season. The ground floor comprises a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge (library, jukebox, fireplace, television, Blu-ray player), a shower room, and a separate WC with a laundry area (washing machine, cleaning supplies). Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds). The cottage has electric heating (included in the price). Bed linen and towels can be rented, and end-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Kitchen linen is provided. Firewood is available by the wheelbarrow (extra charge). Wi-Fi access is available. Our house is attached to the cottage, but we will be discreet. You will have a private entrance through a gate and secure parking within the property, which has a fully enclosed garden. For everyone's comfort, our cottage is non-smoking. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity and heating

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.
