Die Anlageist größer als ich es von der Beschreibung her erwartet hatte. Aber sehr schön. Check In , Aufenthalt und Check Out waren völlig problemlos.Um ein schwergängiges Türschloss zu reparieren kam sogar der Anlagenmanager persönlich mit einem Handwerker vorbei, um zu sehen was nicht ging. War zwanzig Minuten nach der Meldung behoben.

Wir waren in der Nachsaison in einer Ferienwohnung in Peschiera. Es war fast alles wie im Prospekt .

Was wichtig ist: Abtrockentücher, Spüli und eine Reinigungsbürste fehlte. Konnte aber vor Ort schnell besorgt werden. Sonst alles Top.

Tolle Anlage...

Ich hatte nichts erwartet und wurde so positiv überrascht! Die Anlage ist weitläufig... für jedes Kinderalter der richtige Pool. Die Skateranlage ist top! Eine Poolbar für zwischendurch... Restaurant mit Pizza und Pasta wirklich lecker!!! Mit den Auto 5min zum Aldi usw. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus nach Peschiera Centro... Ausflugsziele gibt es viele ... am Pool kann man es auch den ganzen Tag aushalten. Die Zimmer sollte man selbst bei Einzug nochmal in den DeckenEcken ausfegen aber sonst prima... vergisst nicht Spüli, Schwamm und Geschirrhandtuch ;) aber im Aldi gibts ja alles :D Kommen wieder!!

Es war nicht möglich vorab zu erfahren, ob wir eine EG-Wohnung oder OG-Wohnung bekommen. Es hieß das weiß nur der Vermieter vor Ort. Beim Vermieter hieß es, es ist kein Merkmal hinterlegt, also OG. Wechsel nicht möglich. Der Vermittler Intercharlet war telefonisch wegen verschiedener Themen nicht erreichbar. Mehr als 30 Minuten in der Warteschleife sind zu viel. Unser Sohn hatte am Pool einen Unfall, bei dem er sich einen Zahn abgebrochen hatte. Es war kein Bademeister zu der Zeit vor Ort. Von der Rezeption wurde uns ein Krankenhaus ca. 40 km entfernt benannt, bei dem es auch eine zahnmedizinische Abteilung gibt. Vor Ort leider kein Zahnarzt. Erst wieder am nächsten Tag. Auch bei anderen Krankenhäusern war kein Zahnarzt vorhanden. So haben wir den Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen und sind zurück nach Deutschland. Weder der Vermittler noch der Vermieter waren bereit, uns für den Vorzeitigen Abbruch einen finanziellen Ausgleich zu erstatten. Nicht einmal die Kurtaxe kann wegen des geringen Betrages zurückbezahlt werden.

Auch dieses Jahr war es traumhaft

Sehr schöne Anlage mit traumhaftem Pool. Die Wohnungen sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Dieses Jahr war das Eine oder Andere defekt, aber wir konnten damit leben. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wieder einmal im Residence Eden Ferien machen.
