Panne de téléphone et de wifi.

Séjour agréable, la résidence de plein air est agréable et bien entretenue. En revanche, on a eu beaucoup de difficultés à les joindre car il s'est avéré que leur box était HS, pas possibilités de faire les CB, (caution et paiement), et on n'a pas pu du tout joindre l'établissement pour préparer notre arrivée, et cela nous a valu des sueurs froides, car on ne savait pas comment récupérer les clefs -, sachant que c'était un dimanche . On a dû changer notre agenda, pour arriver pendant les heures de réception du dimanche 10-12H !! et on venait de loin. Le kit linge n'avait pas été prévu, (lits non faits à l'arrivée pour un court séjour de 2 nuits). La réception mobile est quasiment impossible, et pas d'internet (pas de wifi). La climatisation a un minuteur intégré, et ne fonctionne pas toute la nuit, en plus de n'être présente que dans le salon. A part cela, le chalet était propre et la résidence entretenue. Mais je ne sais pas si on sera tenté pour y revenir compte tenu des difficultés de liaisons téléphone et manque d'internet.

pas de comunnication entre hotel.com et le camping donc ils n'avaient pas reçu les demandes d'accessibilité et de lit bébé. pas de wifi, tous les suppléments très cher, évier bouché, pataigeoire en panne, pas de kit bébé complet, peu d'heure d'ouverture de l'accueil, pas d'information pour le départ. pas de poubelle de tri, tout est mélangé dans les bennes.. Mais joli cadre, chalet mignon et plutot confort (avec la clim) et bonne ambiance entre vacanciers. personnel d'entretien très serviable
