Welcome to Casa Adela, a unique experience of luxury and comfort in a century-old house that was fully restored in 2025. Located in a small, charming village, it is the ideal destination to unwind and enjoy nature, history, and fine dining. The house features five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half-bath, a heated pool and hot tub, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and cozy living room with a fireplace, a covered barbecue area, and sunny terraces with mountain views.

The Space

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious and cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area designed for indoor-outdoor living, with a glass wall that opens completely onto the patio. Outside, enjoy a heated pool-jacuzzi, a covered outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired grill, countertop, sink, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a covered dining area ideal for outdoor gatherings. There is also a half-bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

On the upper floor, there are five bedrooms: one suite with a private bathroom and a spacious terrace with mountain views, three double bedrooms, and one with three single beds, as well as another full bathroom.

Amenities and Common Areas

Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the property, with access to the pool-jacuzzi in the inner courtyard, a covered outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired barbecue and covered dining area, and can relax on the sun terraces overlooking the mountains. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The house features central heating and cooling, and each bedroom has individual air conditioning and heating. The full bathrooms have individual water heaters, and towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The house is equipped with fiber-optic internet and high-speed Wi-Fi.
