Nice house located in a private residence with swimming pool.
Privileged location, on the seafront in Empuriabrava and on the canal.
Divided into 3 floors, it is distributed as follows:
On the ground floor we find a private garage (attention, the ceiling is very low and not suitable for all cars).
The first floor consists of a large living/dining room with terrace, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor where you will find two double bedrooms with terraces and a second bathroom with shower.
On the top floor is a very large solarium terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house is located on the seaside and has a community pool reserved for guests of the residence (6 houses).
Equipped with WIFI, satellite TV (national, French and German programs), air conditioning in the rooms.

Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe with over 25 km of navigable canals. Its seafront promenade with bars, restaurants and children’s leisure areas, its wide range of leisure activities (skydiving centre, wind tunnel, boat rental, water sports, etc.) make this small town an ideal option for families but also for couples or groups of friends.
