L'appartement est bien équipé et possède une belle vue étant donné qu'il soit au 10e étage (non précisé dans l'annonce).L'état général n'était pas très propre.On entend un style de turbine résonné quand le voisin du dessus prend la douche ce qui est désagréable.Il est très très difficile de se garer.L'appartement est 5 min à pied de la plage et toutes les commodités ce qui est appréciable.

Lo bueno: La ubicación frente al mar. Es fácil aparcar pues hay mucha zona blanca. Hay cerca un Spar (supermercado). El aire acondicionado enfría rápido el apartamento. Hay mucho menaje de cocina. Hay muchos cajones. La cama es cómoda. El baño tiene bañera aunque solo cabe una persona.Lo malo: Tuvieron un incidente y no tuvieron en cuenta nuestro registro así que no nos dejaron las llaves y no pudimos entrar hasta pasada una hora. Recomiendo avisar a la agencia para confirmar el día de entrada. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario. No hay extractor en la cocina o al menos no lo encontramos. La puerta del lavabo no funciona bien. Pero queremos comentar especialmente la sensación de falta de limpieza profunda que da el apartamento, sobre todo el sofá, estanterías, suelo y terraza. Si el alojamiento hubiera estado más limpio, nuestra puntuación habría sido mucho mejor, espero que sirva como crítica constructiva para mejorar.

Plein d'activités a faire proche de l'appartement petit bémol pour se garer au pieds de l'appartement parking souvent pleins et garer plus loin .appartement bien insonorisé et climatisation tres apprécié. Superbe vue la mer au reveil cest top .

Très bel appartement, très propre et fonctionnel, malheureusement non équipé de chauffage dans la salle d'eau, donc je me suis gelée pour me laver tous les matins. (j'ai loué en février 2024) faites moi penser de poser la question du chauffage pour mes prochaines locations hivernales. et 2 oreillers sales, J'ai appelé la propriétaire qui était au Maroc qui m'a répondu qu'elle allait s'en occuper en appelant l'agence, (chose qu'elle n'a pas faite) j'en ai parlé à l'agente d'accueil qui s'en est foutue complétement. De plus le store de la terrasse ne fonctionne pas, il fallait tirer très très fort et impossible de le faire bouger , donc j'ai appelé quelqu'un pour le lever et il est resté levé car je suis partie un dimanche donc personne pour m'aider. Personne ne m'a renseigné pour le rendu des clefs, il a fallu que j'aille plusieurs fois à l'agence toujours fermée, l'agente d'accueil est assez je m'en foutiste, et de plus introuvable la plupart du temps. Je crois qu'elle a travaillé 3 jours dans la semaine!! Belle situation pour l'appartement, face à la mer, et le marché devant la porte le samedi, la ville est assez jolie,assez tranquille pour février, ce qui me convenait très bien. Quelques commerces fermés, mais dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvé ce qui me fallait, même un réparateur de téléphones à 2 pas de chez moi. Et la tv branchée sur la France parfait!! bien qu'il faille être ingénieur pour arriver à la faire démarrer. mais ça c'est à cause de mon âge. sincères salutations

Manque de suivi

Appartement très sympa, au niveau emplacement, vue. Par contre, pas d'état des lieux de la part de l'agence qui gère le bien, ni à l'entrée, ni à la sortie, et la propreté nécessiterait un effort. Housse du canapé à changer, par exemple. Une vraie climatisation serai nécessaire, la climatisation mobile étant insuffisante et compliquée à mettre en œuvre.
