The Space:
Located in the private development Gran Reserva with 4 swimming pools (price not included/see prices below) and community gardens. The swimming pools are open from the 1st of June until 30 of September, every day from 10:00h untill 19:00h.
It consists of two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchenette and dining room with exit to a nice terrace with unobstructed views. The size of the double bed is 150x180cm.
The apartment enjoys an ideal layout, with a clear division between the daytime area and the night area.
The night area houses 2 comfortable rooms with ceiling fans that can be programmed and graduated allowing a cool and quiet atmosphere in summer and electric wall radiators to heat the stays in winter, fitted wardrobes, new canapé in the double room and comfortable mattresses.
One bathroom with tub, furniture, dryer and towel.
The living area consists of a beautiful and bright living room with access to the balcony with clear views and equipped with 1 table and 4 chairs to enjoy the exterior. The open kitchen with American bar is equipped with fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, tableware/cutlery and necessary utensils/kitchenware.
The dining room with air conditioning (cold and hot), electric radiators, a sofa bed, flat TV and dining table with 4 chairs. It has fast internet access (WiFi). The apartment has porcelain floor and double glazed windows to ensure your comfort.
From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Property is cleaned before and after each stay.

Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas justifié à mon sens. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, la salle de bains nécessite d’être rénovée, la terrasse donne sur la une rue passante.
