Lejlighedens størrelse og beliggenhed er helt i orden. Selve terrassen er helt fantastisk.Til gengæld er lejligheden generelt gammel og slidt, - bestemt ikke hvad billederne i annoncen giver udtryk for. Lejligheden ejes givetvis af en ejer med dyr, - der var hår alle vegne, og lejligheden lugtede indelukket og den lugt var svær at komme af med.Super dejlig strand 300 meter væk og masser af turistbutikker, barer og restauranter.
