The pool was amazing and the location is incredible - right on the waterfront and walking distance to everything. I was kind of unimpressed by our room though as the hotel is 4-stars and the room was small and the single window doesn’t allow for a lot of natural light. We booked a room without a balcony and it was on the ground floor, so maybe higher level rooms offer better natural light and space. TV was small as well. The staff were helpful and attentive and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious!

This hotel was gorgeous, so clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. We had to get to the airport and they arranged transportation for us. This was the cleanest place we stayed at on our Europe vacation highly recommend!

This is an amazing property. Our stay was the best and castellammare is a must visit. If you are able to book this hotel, do not hesitate. The location is walkable from the main attractions of the town and to amazing restaurants. It is right on the port. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing.

Property was excellent, lovely buildings, our room on the front to the harbour was slightly noisy at night, but not an issue. Breakfast staff were not too understanding with English, probably our problem. Hot offering was cold even at the start of breakfast, hot water was not hot enough for tea. Shuttle to the car park was a bonus.
