Villa in unique location, enjoys great privacy, furnished and equipped with all you need to spend exclusive holidays.
It has three bedrooms two doubles and a triple.
3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, one outside and one inside. In addition the house is equipped with a sophisticated Bose system also in the garden to be able to enjoy their music.
The location of the villa allows you to visit places of natural interest, tourist and archaeological, such as: The Nuaturale Reserve Zingaro, characterized by Splenide Baie where the sea is clear and pristine nature, Scopello, Trapani, Erice, Marsala, Segesta, , Agrigento, Palermo.

Belle décoration mais mauvais rapport qualité prix !!

De jolis espaces et une décoration minimaliste mais ce bas de villa ne vaut certainement pas le prix qu'il est loué au mois d'aout. Beaucoup de choses n'allait pas dès notre arrivée (manque de propreté, poignée de porte de la sdb cassée, des couettes qui sentaient le moisi, une propriétaire très bruyante à l'étage du dessus ...). En conclusion, le cadre et les extérieurs sont très beau, proximité de la plage mais on a quand même l'impression qu'on c'est fait avoir sur le prix et les prestations.

Un superbe séjour chez Roberto, la maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, proche de la plage. Un petit jardin tropical, le salon extérieur et la piscine complète ce cadre enchanteur. Merci à Roberto pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et notre belle journée en bateau.
