I love this hotel and have stayed there several times. The rooms and lobby and restaurant are always very clean although a little bit dated. Staff is very friendly helpful and most speak English. The only thing that is inconvenient is that it is not within walking distance to other dining or other nearby activities.

Large room which was clean and tidy. Large spa bath and beautiful views from the balcony. Pretty garden and a field next door to walk the dog. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Just can’t say enough about the grounds, rooms, dining and service from all staff especially the family management (which I thought and later verified). There is a special quality and care for patrons and the entire staff is working very hard to accommodate. As a Canadian and a small owner, I appreciated their extra care to their clients. I can only say they not only our expectations but far surpassed it. Special thanks to senior (father), his three sons, Massimo, and the rest of the staff… you have done a wonderful job in training all your team and I wish to see you again in the next few years being sure to stay with you again and refer you to all my friends and relatives who visit the area ! PERFETTO !!!!!

Deluxe Double

We had the Deluxe Double room which was very large with two balconies. Lovely and clean. We had a lovely meal in the garden which was reasonably priced. Good parking area and a field next door to walk the dog.

Lovely Hotel with Beautiful Grounds

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. We had a room with a balcony and a king size bed which was clean and tidy if a little small. We had an evening meal was excellent. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Mixed review

Best way to describe is adequate business class hotel for the travelling salesman. Dated decor, firm beds. We were given a room with a balcony that looked out over the kitchen and dining area with no view. The other side of the hotel would have been nicer. Air conditioning did not work first day until we complained and it turned out it was switched off from reception no doubt as a cost saving exercise. Other wise our stay was ok but it wouldn't excite as a venue with character. Food was very good though.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Also the parking was great as we were travelling with a big van. I really enjoyed the seating area outside. It was a great place to meet our group and have a drink.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The food in their ristorante was ALWAYS amazing. What truly impressed us was that staff was always very helpful and most willing to help with anything we needed. The waiters were always very kind and helpful in every way possible. No request was too difficult for them. The owners and staff became family friends. They brought my husband his favourite - figs freshly picked every day. On our last day we had to leave at 5:30 so would not be able to have breakfast - they packed it for us to take with us. Wonderful! Thank You to the owners and to Pino, Pietro, Luciano and Roberto!!

Average, poor breakfast, no heating control

Clean, room were very hot and you have no control over heating I had to sleep with my windows wide open. Poor breakfast, we all had SUPER GREEN PASS but you still not allowed to help yourself at the breakfast room , which is completely wrong despite have a require super green pass.

Very nice hotel with formal service approach

Staff was very professional, but lacking in personal warmth; that may or may not be a negative, although we liked the homey approach at some other hotels better. Food in the restaurant was superb. The hotel was nearly empty the first morning, so they skipped the excellent buffet that we had the morning after; we were quite annoyed after seeing (and eating) what we did the second morning. (They did serve us beverages from the bar.) Wi-fi was poor in the room. Parking was easy.

Comfortable hotel near Montecassino

We had a view of Montecassino from our window. The room was quiet, extremely clean and large. The breakfast was great and the cappuccino was delicious. The waitresses were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Not exactly a destination hotel

Used this as an overnight stop, friendly helpful staff but an air of decay hangs over the old fashioned furnishings and bathroom, it shows all its 40 odd years. Surprise it had wifi which was actually fast! Breakfast was a dismal affair, we managed to grab the last 2 croissants left at 8am, lots of cakes though if that's your idea of breakfast. Just about acceptable as a cheap overnight stop and there is plenty of parking space!

Nice hotel close to cassino and highway

Hotel staff welcoming and checked us in early. Great breakfast.didn't get to use restaurant but would have liked to.front desk staff have early morning checkout coffee and croissant for guests leaving before breakfast. Nice room great AC .will return.

We use on our way south, and were just looking for a place to stay over night. The hotel was located within a few minutes of the motorway, and well presented. Very spacious and clean room, very friendly service.

Yummy Italian food

The room was comfortable, perhaps a bit too hot inside, but there was a balcony for some cool air. The restaurant food was tasty and the menu diverse enough for a few meals there. The service in the restaurant was extremely friendly and speedy. Breakfast was alright and included drinks, pastry sweets, breads, meat cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc. Wifi worked well the first night in the room and after that as the hotel got busy it was only working in the lobby. We inquired but they didn't seem to know how or be able to fix it. Reception was otherwise helpful with maps and directions. However this hotel is along the highway outside of town, so it is a brave and about 50 minute walk to the center or you can take a taxi (if they are working that day - there are apparantly only two in town). I recommend to have a car if you stay here and want to explore the area a bit.
