The property itself was nice, extremely clean, well-stocked, needs some updated bedding (pillows, particular) and den furniture (recliner padding is done), but ordinarily this property gets 4 stars overall. The problem is the property manager. Upon check in, I reported a relatively minor issue (fireplace switch not working). MULTIPLE "local team will contact you soon" promises. Never a single word in 4 days. The issue itself, no big deal, I'd have been fine with "I'm sorry, but we can't get to that during your stay. Absolutely not fine with promises followed by silence. I hope the property owner finds new property management.
