Located in the Trillium neighborhood within 10 minutes of downtown Cashiers and 20 minutes to Highlands, this adorable home provides the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. With over 1,200 sq ft of outdoor space including a screened-in porch with bed swing, this charming retreat offers all the essentials for a cozy respite. Also with amenities like super fast fiber optic WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer, guests can unwind and enjoy the peaceful stay.
The cottage has direct access to a hiking path off the back porch with a waterfall less than 1/2 mile away. Recently renovated the cottage has 4 SmartTvs and private parking (renters only) directly in front of the house.

We were so pleased with the property! Located just outside of downtown Cashiers our family of 5 had plenty of space. Everything was so neat and clean upon arrival. The bathrooms and appliances all updated. The owners could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a trail off the backyard that leads to a little waterfall. We spent a lot of time outside on the covered patio! A nap or two may have been taken on the swinging porch bed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage in the Trillium community of Cashiers. The location has easy parking, beautiful walking/hiking trails behind the cottage, and a nicely appointed home. John was prompt in communicating with us and reached out to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. A very positive experience!

Check in was easy and the home was exactly as pictured. The host was extremely responsive to some minor issues at check in and handled them immediately. We loved the path behind the home down to the waterfall and enjoyed dining outside on the deck each evening. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals and plentiful supplies for washing dishes and running the dishwasher.



The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

The house was cozy, loved the neighborhood, host was very responsive. The trail behind the house is so nice, especially for a family with two small kids, easy to get out for a short "hike" without the bother of a long car ride. Would definitely like to stay again when visiting Cashiers area.

Great house with everything you need for a great vacation. It is close to the town of Cashiers and very close to Lake Glenville. Great area for hiking or just relaxing on the wonderful porch.
