The best solution to visit the main art cities of Tuscany, and at the same time enjoy an holiday by the sea easily reaching the nearby towns of Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia, and with a few more minutes the famous Versilia.
B&B Casa Formica was born from an idea of ​​Iacopo Formica and his mother Cristina. For many years they had wanted to give their hospitable identity an identity, involving the whole family. The structure is able to guarantee the services and comforts of a traditional hotel, but with that extra touch of home.

Super Gastgeber und gute Ausstattung, dazu noch Katzen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dank eines fantastischen Gastgebers. Die Atmosphäre ist herzlich und familiär, das Haus sehr warm, geschmackvoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Als Bonus gibt es noch wunderbare Katzen und den Blick auf den Garten.

Mooi en schoon huis, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar

Heerlijke week gehad in dit fijne appartement, ondanks Corona beperkingen en hoge temperaturen. Iacopo heeft ons enorm geholpen om een plekje te krijgen voor een Covid19 test voor de terugreis bij een lokale farmacia. En tegen de hoge temperaturen hielp de airco ons door de nacht heen. Aan alles was gedacht om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te maken. Een aanrader dus.

Kurzer Aufenthalt in ländlicher Umgebung, nahe Pisa und Lucca

Wir (2 Erwachsene) wählten diese schöne Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt, um Pisa und Lucca zu besichtigen. Dank Iacopos Tipps war das Parken jeweils sehr unproblematisch. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung, die von Servietten bis Duschhäubchen ;-) keine Wünsche offen ließ. Iacopo ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!

Beautiful property 10 min drive from Pisa, but in a calm Italian country-side. Charming and nicely decorated house with all the necessary appliances, towels provided. Beautiful garden, ideal for children. Pharmacy, bakery walking distance away. Unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes in summer but the house owner provides you with all the sprays and repellants. The house is relatively small (living+1 bedroom) and is ideal for a family with 1 child, but might be a little too small for 2 children. Our favorite sandy beach south of Viarregio in the natural reserve was just 35 min by car.

Magnifique endroit très bien entretenu séjour propre

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique nous avons été très bien accueillis une famille qui s'occupe de ce lieu est vraiment d'une grande gentillesse aimable. Même mes enfants ont vraiment apprécié je le recommande et le prix est vraiment correct. Juste si vous aimez la mer. Il faut prendre son véhicule ce qui nous as à nous pas dérangé.

Perfekte Aufteilung für 2 Personen. Ausstattung komplett geeignet für Selbstversorgung

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in Ripoli. Das ehemalige Bauernhaus würde liebevoll umgebaut und ist praktisch und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es ist dort schön ruhig , liegt trotzdem nur ca 7 km von Pisa Zentrum entfernt. Die Familie ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es hing auch mal Obst oder Brot morgens an der Türklinke.

Nous avons passé une très jolie semaine dans une maison restaurée avec beaucoup de goût. Endroit calme, en pleine campagne, pour séjourner avec de jeunes enfants. Iacopo, le propriétaire, très prévenant, vous guide avec efficacité dans vos visites de la Toscane et vous indique les meilleures plages. Il n'hésite pas à vous assister dans les communications en italien. Bref, un endroit où séjourner les yeux fermés...

Insgesamt gelungen!

Wir verbrachten als Familie (mit 3 Kindern) einen schönen Urlaub in der Toskana. Das Ferienwohnung war schön, aber als Familie hätten wir uns über ein zusätzliches WC oder grösseres Badezimmer, sowie einen Geschirrspüler gefreut. Der Garten hätte Platz für einen schönen Pool, was die Lage der Wohnung wesentlich attraktiver machen würde. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - sie bietet keine totale Abgeschiedenheit, dafür ist es nicht ländlich und ruhig genug. Das Dorf an sich hat kein nettes Restaurant, Café oder Markt zu bieten, was man auch mal ohne Auto besuchen könnte. Wir mussten sehr viel Autofahren. Heraushebend zu erwähnen ist die Gastgeberfamilie, die wirklich alles dafür getan hat, unseren Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Iacopo Formica ist ausgesprochen sympathisch und hilfsbereit!

Nous étions quatre adultes et nous avons passé une semaine (du 13 au 20 Mai 2017) dans l'apartement "Mary" de la Casa Formica.....une trés belle demeure dans un endroit paradisiaque. Tout était parfait. La gentillesse de Lacopo et de ses parents Christina et Mario ont été notre bonus. Leur attention à notre égard a fait de notre séjour un enchantement. Une location que vous pouvez réserver sans hésitation si vous visitez la Toscane. Vous aurez la garantie d'un séjour "inoubliable". Eravamo quattro adulti e abbiamo trascorso una settimana (13-20 Maggio 2017) in appartamento "Maria" Casa Formica ..... una bella residenza in un luogo paradisiaco. Tutto era perfetto. La gentilezza dei suoi genitori Iacopo e Christina e Mario erano i nostri bonus. La loro attenzione a noi ha reso il nostro soggiorno una delizia. Un affitto che è possibile prenotare senza esitazione se si visita la Toscana. Si sono garantiti per rimanere "indimenticabile".

Anfang September diesen Jahres konnten wir zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in dem Ferienhaus der Familie Formica verbringen. in dem sehr geräumigen und stilvoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht und der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Durch die Lage außerhalb der Stadt Pisa kann man die Ruhe genießen und ist doch mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Pisa. Von hier aus konnten wir Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Toskana und die wunderbaren Städte Florenz und Siena unternehmen. Auch die Stunden an den Stränden von Pisa und Livorno haben wir sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind freundliche und nette Leute, die einem den Aufenthalt durch Ratschläge und Aufmerksamkeiten angenehm gestalten. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal in der Casa Formica. Dieses Feriendomizil kann man ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Sehr geschmackvoll, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung(eher Hauscharakter)!

Wir waren zu zweit und haben die sehr großzügige Wohnung und die sehr netten Vermieter sehr genossen! Von der Wohnung aus waren wir mit dem Mietwagen(ohne Auto geht nichts!) in Pisa, Volterra und Lucca. Auch Marina di Pisa lohnt; Viareggio eher nicht! Bis zum Flughafen Pisa braucht man nur 20 Minuten. Dank des Vermieters wußten wir zentrumsnah und kostenlos zu parken! Abends haben wir die Wohnung genossen. Ein erholsamer Urlaub liegt hinter aus.

Magnifique séjour dans l'appartement Mary. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane, proche des axes routiers tout en étant situé dans un endroit parfaitement calme. Famille d'une extraordinaire gentillesse, chaleureuse et accueillante. Tout est vraiment parfait dans l'appartement : propreté, confort, cuisine parfaitement équipée, grand jardin très bien entretenu, emplacement pour la voiture, linge changé très régulièrement, airco... Le propriétaire est très disponible et toujours prêt à nous renseigner. Un immense merci à Lacopo et à ses parents Cristina et Mario pour ces vacances inoubliables.

Perfekt!!!

Super schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Der Familienbetrieb wird mit sehr viel Engagement und Führsorge betrieben. Die Liebe zum Detail lässt ein Zu-Hause-Gefühl aufkommen. In jedem Fall immer wieder Casa Formica, denn die Toskan lässt sich von dort aus problemlos mit dem Auto erkunden. Vielen Dank Lacopo für den mehr als angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Charme in der Toskana

Um die umliegenden Städte Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu besuchen und gleichzeitig ruhig und fern ab des Trubels zu wohnen gibt es keine bessere Unterkunft. Auch der Strand und die umliegenden Berge sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Das Haus selber ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer Mischung aus Antiquitäten und neuem Designe und der liebevoll angelegte Garten bietet genügend schattige und sonnige Plätzchen, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Iacopo und seine Familie sind fürwahr äußerst hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig in ihrer diskreten aber immer präsenten Betreuung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können die Casa Formica wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Unglaublich schön

Das Haus CASA FORMICA hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist landestypisch, komfortabel, geschmackvoll, praktisch und großzügig eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Auch hier war jede Menge Platz und ein größerer und ein kleiner Esstisch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und sehr gemütlich. Der Pkw kann auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und haben uns sehr verwöhnt, obwohl wir das Frühstück nicht mit gebucht hatten. Wir bekamen vom Junior in englisch viele wertvolle Tipps bzgl. Parkmöglichkeiten in den Städten, Anreise nach Firenze, Öffnungszeiten, Restaurants, Wetteraussichten usw. Cascina ist ein kleiner, ruhiger Ort etwas abseits gelegen, aber von dort sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
