The beds were comfortable. The milk was frozen. The shower confusing, time consuming, inconsistent and very temperamental. Batteries in the aircon remote were flat so the room was quite cold without the extra heating so could do with some spare blankets, luckily we bought one with us. We stayed in room G4 the Family room with ensuite, which is the only roadside accesible room and you cant access the rest of the building through this door. There needs to be a little more signage to indicate this so other residents dont attempt to access this way. Being that it is right next to the road it was very quiet and you didnt really hear any road noise throughout the night. The water running you hear is just upstairs water pipes and will eventually stop. Although ive listed all the issues, theyre mostly fixable and the room was of very good standard compared to other places we have stayed and is quite modernized.
