Beautifully set in 70 acres of parkland of The Cotswold Manor Estate, The Manor Barn has a striking open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with high beamed ceiling and oak wood flooring. The modern kitchen is fully integrated with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and ample work top space making catering for a large group a relaxed affair. Set on the edge of our formal courtyard, the property enjoys far reaching views across the parkland.
Super fast ‘Air Fibre’ broadband is provided plus there is a 32in HDTV and a DVD player in the sitting room.
Guests at The Manor Barn enjoy exclusive use of a hot tub, barbecue and patio furniture set in private lawns, as well as shared use of 70 acres of parkland featuring natural ponds/picnic areas. The closely mown fields are perfect for zorbing and a variety of ball games, 'Hen/Stag party Olympics', and just lazing.
For guests entertainment, there is also shared access to a Games Barn with pool table, football table, table tennis and sports equipment.
Pets are welcome at a surcharge of £60 each.
