Nice stay in clean simple apartment

Clean place with essentials- kitchen area, washing machine, iron, separate sleeping and living area. Very helpful reception, thank you so much. Only negative was room smelled of cigarettes from previous guests.

Very thin walls, absolutely not soundproof. We could hear people next door talking til 1 in the morning. We could even hear the person talking on the other side of the cellphone call. Throughout the night there was also a thunking noise in the walls, maybe the pipes or something.

Great for visiting Cartagena

The apartments are in an out of town shopping centre which could be considered a disadvantage - but which has offsetting advantages too. The main advantage is ample free parking. Free parking in Cartegena is very limited and paid parking is usually expensive. There is a half-hourly bus into town (takes 10 minutes) close to the apartments. And the helpful receptionist showed us where we would be most likely to find free on-street parking when we drove into town. The aprtments have something of the air of a student hall of residence . But they are spacious, comfortable and basically equipped .

Value for the money, peaceful, great for shoppers

For me the location was excellent because I had a car and could move around easily. I noticed that there was a bus too coming within 100 m of the hotel/apartment. The large shopping center is right next to the apartment. Great for shoppers!

We only stayed one night as it was a shopping trip and we wanted to be close to the shops. Also we were close enough to be able to walk back to hotel after dinner out. Appartment was spotlessly clean and the man on the desk let us check in over an hour early and gave us the room for an hour after check out time.

The apartments are ample and well appointed. Location is convenient although not inspiring, surrounded by industrial warehouses. Around the corner there are several restaurants and a mall too. If you have a car it is easy to get to, although there is a bus stop (direction Cartagena) down the hill (200 mts). In general, good, affordable choice for a longer stay with a car.

Average place. Terrible pillows. One large for the entire bed. Also did not expect that there was no maid services. Stayed 2 nights. No clean towels. Bed was not made. Did not expect that. Would not want to stay more than that with no services. Also it’s a ways from centre. Definitely need car.

A very satisfactory stay.

The apartments are very clean and have all necessary equipment except cups and a kettle. For Brits like us who really enjoy and NEED their cups of tea, this was a blip. Just wish you could do something about cleaning the pavements in front of the apartments. Overall, very satisfied. Good value for money. Many thanks.

great deal!

This was such a bargain! We stayed here for one night for $35 and it was a HUGE room! Nice big bathroom too, and there was even a washing machine. My only complaint was that it was a little far from the city center but we had a car so we drove.

Great hotel in a good location

For a budget hotel we thought it was a great hotel. There's nothing flash about it, but key things like clean rooms, comfortable beds are all there. The location is unusual being at a retail park/industrial area, but with a large carrefour supermarket and loads of restaurants it really does work. We would definitely use this hotel again if we are in the area.

Perfect for what I wanted

I had just come from staying in a number of inexpensive older small hotel rooms in the city centers of towns around Spain. They were just fine for what they were. Apartamentos TourIsticos is not within walking distance of the city center and does not have any kind of style of old Spain. However, that was what I wanted this time. The room was large, clean & quiet. It had a kitchen with utensils, a washing machine, good water pressure, good heat, good wi-fi, easy free parking and it was right next to a major shopping center. It was less than 10 minutes to the center of town. If you don't mind being a little out of town and a fairly new Ikea-feeling hotel room, you may really like Apartamentos Touríisticos.

Cartagena stayHot

Apartments are approx. 2 miles from Cartagena, but most importantly have free on street parking outside .Considering most other hotels in Cartagena must use public paid for parking(probably 30€ a day) this should be allowed for in other considerations .As a bonus the apartments overlook what must be one of the largest retail parks in Europe Overall very impressed

Long séjour. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Spacieux et climatisatisé Coin salon : canapé et télé, placards avec nombreux rangements (type deessing) + table et chaises + table basse, fer et planche à repasser Coin cuisine équipée : plaque vitro, frigo et congélateur, micro-ondes, toaster (équipement supplémentaire possible sur demande ex bouilloire) Sdb : grande avec douche, wc et bidet. Grand meuble vasque pour ranger ses affaires, machine a laver avec etendage. Serviettes fournies (main, corps et tapis de bain). Attention pas de gel douche ni de shampooing. Le matériel de nettoyage (sceau, serpillière et produit pour le sol fournis). Ménage par l'hôtel tous les 5 jours et bien faits. ATTENTION ! Contrairement à la description il n'y a pas de salle de sport :-(
