This apartment, which is on the 6th floor of Villa Cristal development, is ideal for a group up to 5 people. Thanks to its location, it has beautiful views over the Mar Menor, salt lakes and to La Manga, not only from the living room but also from both bedrooms.



It has a living dining room with American kitchen, plus a terrace perfect to enjoy a breakfast or an "aperitivo" (typical Spanish snack) right in front of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and white goods. The apartment has got two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with a bunk bed with one of the beds double. There is also a complete bathroom with bathtub.



The living dining room is equipped with air conditioning with heat pump, whereas both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and radiators.

It counts with its own private parking space in the underground communal garage and a community pool open the whole year.

Located in the development Villa Cristal, in Playa Paraíso, front line to the Mar Menor and next to the unique natural beauty spot of Salinas de Marchamalo (salt lakes)

Right in front of the building there is a lovely path between the beach and the salt lakes, perfect to enjoy a nice walk early in the morning or at sunset. The area has got many "chiringuitos" (typical Spanish beach bars).

There are small grocery shops in the area, farmacies, restaurants (Malvasía is a well known restaurant with many gastronomic awards).



Playa Paraíso has also got playgrounds and is very good connected, since it's 1 minute away from the driveway. Cabo de Palos is only 5 minutes driving.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.
