Our stay at 3 Kings was such fun. Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The pool was the highlight for the kids. Walkway to beach a couple houses down. Short distance to the boardwalk. Melissa was a great host.

We loved this house. Right from the start until after our stay, Melissa was amazingly responsive and ready to help. Our family had a wonderful time, especially being so close to the beach, and pool and hot tub at the home.

Family Trip to the Beach

The property was great! Totally met our needs for the entire family. Enjoyed the views, the close access to the beach, and the amazing pool! The owner did a great job communicating and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Amazing spot!

We were blown away by our stay here. Kitchen stocked with snacks and all the seasonings you could want. So close to the beach and lots of toys/chairs for beach time. The pool and hot tub were an amazing addition. Will be back for sure

Our host was very welcoming. Melissa was quick to respond if we had any questions. The views were great from the balconies. We were able to see the beach/ocean, which was just across the street. The rental was spacious, with plenty of room for the eight of us, and our dog. This was a great place for our family holiday get together. Highly recommend.

Great time at this beautiful house for our family New Year’s trip. Nice decor and very comfortable for our large group. There were 3 king, 1 queen, and a set of full over full bunk beds which is hard to find. The elevator made it very easy to traverse the 4 levels with ease as we had our elderly parents with us. The hot tub is an added perk for those cold winter nights. We also rented the 4 seater golf cart which made exploring Carolina Beach fun. Communication with Melissa was excellent. I would certainly recommend for a wonderful beach stay!

What a great house for a large family! Plenty of room on the 4th floor for everyone to gather to eat play games..The beds were very comfy-AC worked great for such a large home!! Everything you want and more!

This beautiful vacation property exceeded our expectations! Melissa’s communication was excellent and made check-in and check-out easy. The townhouse was not only beautiful (like something seen on HGTV) but it was also well-equipped (from snacks and coffee to razors and toothbrushes.) The location was perfect with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the well furnished decks. My friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

We traveled so that my daughter could visit nearby UNC Wilmington. The host was incredibly communicative and very welcoming from the moment we booked. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. It was an awesome stay. The location is excellent. It’s very close to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk area. The beach is two doors down. The home itself was very comfortable. The beds are great. There are so many porches that you can be outdoors anytime of year. The house itself is very well appointed with high-end appliances and amenities. We loved this stay and we look forward to coming back during warmer weather.

More than Expected

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed all the amenities this place had to offer. The hot tub is very spacious, the fireplace was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable and all of the extras such as shampoo, body wash, tooth brushes , a nice bag of coffee and all of the snacks provided were a very thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again. The host, Melissa is always quick to respond if you have a need or question. You won’t be disappointed.
