Live your best beach life at Avalanched to the Sea! Located just down the street from the public beach access, this luxurious home in Carolina Beach is the ideal beach retreat to escape to with your family and friends. With 4 bedrooms, a dual work station, and a private fenced in backyard, you'll enjoy the comforts of home while just minutes from the sand and sea!

The ground floor includes one bedroom with a full-sized daybed, a twin trundle mattress, a dual-workstation desk, printer, full bathroom, and wet bar with beverage fridge.

The second floor includes the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and private balcony. The third bedroom is also on this floor, which contains a full-size bed, twin trundle bed, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is off the hallway between these bedrooms.

On the top floor you'll find the fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and features modern finishes, with seating at the island for 4. The dining table seats an additional 6. The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa, 70" smart TV, books, and board games.

An elevator is available for guests' use.

The home has a private, fenced-in backyard with seating for the whole family to gather while grilling out or chatting around the fire pit. There is also an open space with turf grass for playing yard games. On the side of the house, you'll find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

In the garage, you'll find numerous beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon.

Parking: Space 2 cars in the driveway. There is no street parking allowed near the home.

Guests have access to the entire home, garage, driveway, and backyard! No smoking or vaping inside the property or on the covered porches. Smoking allowed ONLY in the backyard/garden area.

This home is part of a duplex, and we’re proud to host both sides! If you're traveling with a big family or a group of friends, it's the perfect setup—book the sister unit "Happy as a Clam" too and enjoy being close while still having your own space.

Our favorite house soo far...

Let's start with the electronic Welcome Guide that was provided. So much great information all in one link. Check in/out instructions, beach access locations, tide charts, things to do, local restaurants and more in one easy to use link. I found myself using it almost daily. The house is very spacious with rooms on all 3 floors and a bathroom for each. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. There tons of towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets. The elevator made it easy to move luggage, groceries, laundry, etc between the three floors. The three floors also provided plenty of room to spead out and rest peacefully. The kitchen provided everthing we needed for cooking full meals. The dining table was spacious with super comfortable seating. The bar chairs were also comfortable for both adults and children. The living room has lots of cozy seating for everyone to come together for a movie night, watching tv or playing games. The garage is full of beach toys, chairs, wagon, etc to keep the family entertained. We also enjoyed the yoga supplies. There is plenty of seating on the back patio as well to enjoy a BBQ or just sit and relax. The street was quiet and safe to walk. There is easy access to the beach and the greenway by foot. The park, boardwalk, shopping and much more were within a short drive. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay again!
