The structure, finished chalet style, is composed of a single living room fully furnished also with sofa bed, wooden loft where there is a double bedroom, equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is surrounded by verandas that you can use to have lunch open.

Perfektes "Knusperhäuschen"

Un giardino piacevole a due passi da Lecce
La posizione e gli spazi esterni sono i punti di forza di questa proprietà. In 30 minuti si raggiungono molte bellissime località sulla costa o nell'interno. Il giardino è veramente un piccolo paradiso, fresco con notevole alberatura e la proprietà è recintata. Noi avevamo un cane, che naturalmente ha apprezzato tutti questi spazi. Lo chalet ha spazi adeguati per una coppia, meno vivibile per 4 persone, ma noi (2 adulti e 2 bambini) siamo riusciti comunque a trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. Il proprietario, molto disponibile e discreto, è presente quasi tutte le mattine nella proprietà per curare il grande giardino e le parti coltivate. Nel complesso un'esperienza buona. Sistemazione sicuramente consigliata.

Ein hübsches Häuschen mit riesigen eingezäunten Grundstück, der von den Eigentümern sehr gepflegt wird. Sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Idealer Platz zum abschalten, aber man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten an beiden Meeren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber man benötigt ein Auto.

Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità
Ottima posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti di interesse è un'ottima sistemazione per chi ama starsene al di fuori della confusione degli affollati luoghi di vacanza.
Fornita di tutto quanto possa servire per un confortevole soggiorno la sistemazione con vasto terreno curato a giardino e recintato è stata apprezzata anche dai nostri cani che potevano girare liberamente.

Un paradiso verde !!!!!!
La location è davvero molto bella, anzi direi stupenda !!!!! Antonio e Lisa ( i proprietari) sono persone squisite e molto cortesi e disponibili , anche la Irene della agenzia e molto premurosa e sempre disponibile. Il chalet e piccolo e carinissimo e non manca nulla. Il parco meraviglioso e immenso è completamente recintato.. quindi ideale per chi come noi viene con un cane. La posizione si presta per escursioni sia al mare ionio che adriatico....spiagge stupende vicino...Insomma...consigliatissimo !!! Noi torneremmo sicuramente in questo oasi di tranquillità e bellezza !|!!

Non è ironica la mia introduzione " come in vacanza " questa casetta che ci ha ospitati x15 gg è stata davvero una vera vacanza tutto perfetto (tranne il caldo ovvio) ma meno male che eravamo in campagna e lontano dal caos e quindi anche dalla cappa d' umidità che ha contraddistinto la nostra prima settimana di vacanza! Comunque la casetta ha tutti i requisiti X farti trascorrere una bella e tranquilla vacanza, circondata da un giardino completamente recitanto è tenuto benissimo!!! In casa non manca nulla ,aria condizionata nel soppalco dove si dorme, utile X rinfrescare nel momento del bisogno,letto e cuscini comodissimi un bel bagno con una comoda e funzionante doccia ed un "amaca" in giardino che ti salva le serate!!!! Ah dimenticavo un barbecue con la B maiuscola!!! Carmiano dista circa 20 minuti dal mare ( torre lapillo o punta grossa.... L acqua è la più bella del Salento!! Oppure Porto cesareo un gran bel posto) comunque un ottima posizione X visitare tutta la costa! Naturalmente non nel periodo di ferragosto perché altrimenti anche quei tempi si raddoppiano X giungere al mare)
Ci siamo trovati benissimo noi siamo una coppia con due cagnolini che hanno adorato questo posto.

Casa curatissima giardino di 12 ettari una vera oasi, fresco !
Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni e abbiamo potuto visitare sia la costa ionica che quella adriatica piacevolmente. Chalet ordinatissimo e proprietari disponibili, consigliatissimo
