The Bee: Great Studio Nice Area!

Sweet simple studio apartment for 2. Complete kitchen, dining area or desk, bathroom with walk in shower, and comfortable Queen sized bed. The apartment is private, but it shares the property (Big yard space with native plants and laundry room) with the main house which is listed separately (see my listing the Bird- and rent both for a larger group!). You have your own designated covered parking, and the apartment is separated from the bigger house by the garage so it is very quiet.

Whole studio is yours and private with its own entrance, like an apartment but it is located in the back of the main house. You have a driveway to yourself. Laundry room is adjacent to your apartment but is shared, and the yard filled with native plants, birds and bees is shared.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
